As the only hotel on the stately
Avenue de l’Opera, the Edouard VII Hotel is perfectly positioned

Restaurant:
Top French chef Gilles Choukroun,
renowned for his avant-garde haute cuisine blends, marries and unites flavours
in ways quite unlike anywhere else found on Paris’ food circuit. His personal
approach to cooking has earned him a reputation as food-guru extraordinaire;
and even as he strays away from more traditional dishes (although Grandma’s
favourites such as ‘hachis parmentier’ are always available), his food remains
distinguishably French and reassuringly refined.

Styled with unique furniture
and sumptuous, textured,fabrics that enhance the original stained glass windows,
the welcoming bar tempts anyone to enjoy a glass of fine wine, champagne or
a cocktail. Afternoon tea and cakes are also available every day.

Refurbished in 2006, the Edouard VII Hotel first opened in 1877 and the building still reflects its 19th Century past with larger than average rooms, high ceilings, large double windows, wrought iron balconies and striking period details. For sites that are further afield, public transport is quick and efficient. The Metro, RER, Buses, CDG Airport-shuttle and a direct 40 minute RER route to Disneyland Paris are all accessed from in front of the hotel. Gare du Nord Eurostar terminal is also just 10 minutes away by taxi
